PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — This summer, you’ll be able to provide input that will help shape the future of Ben Franklin Parkway. But in the meantime, you can enjoy seasonal attractions at Eakins Oval.

The parking lot in the middle of the Eakins Oval has been converted into Oval XP.

The first thing you notice is a 108-foot Ferris wheel with views of Park Avenue and City Hall.
